Ribbon Cutting (Nov 2, 2018)

The ribbon cutting was threatened by a possibility of violent weather but luck held. While overcast, the day was perfect for the ribbon cutting. The official party consisted of Dr. Francoise B. Bonnell, AWM director, Maj. Gen. Rodney D. Fogg, CASCOM and Fort Lee commanding general, Lt. Gen. Gwen Bingham, the Army’s Assistant Chief of Staff, Installation Management, and Gen. Stephen J. Townsend, commanding general of Training and Doctrine Command.
