Official ground breaking was on February 2, 2017 and ribbon cutting for the new museum gallery was on November 2, 2018. While the construction crews were laying foundations, building walls and running electrical lines, the museum staff was hard at work designing exhibits. This was no small adjustment of the museum gallery, but a complete renewal. All exhibits were removed and new ones were planned to take their places. These photos cannot do justice to the wonderful experience of seeing it in person. We hope you will visit us to see it in person.
Special thanks to Friedrich (Fred) Stein and Herb Greene for their time and photographic expertise in capturing the events on Friday and Saturday.
