About Our Directors
President: Delinda Creal is a retired Army Ordnance Lieutenant Colonel. She is a military analyst/training developer with the U.S. Combined Arms Support Command at Fort Lee, Virginia. Delinda volunteers in her community for nonprofit organizations like Rebuilding Together Petersburg, an organization that delivers free home repair services to low-income homeowners and the Tri-City Literacy Council Program which provides public literacy education services to adults in four cities and four counties. She is also a member of several service organizations in the Petersburg area. Delinda lives in Petersburg, Virginia.
Vice President: Charles Bonnell is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel and an Army brat with a personal interest in history. He is the Vice President of All About Logistics, a small logistics consulting business in Hopewell, Va. Charles is a Boy Scout Leader and a volunteer at the Museum. He lives with his wife, Fran?oise, and two sons in Prince George, Virginia.
Treasurer: Jim Tolbert is a retired Quartermaster Chief Warrant Officer Five. He has served multiple stints as both a Chapter Vice-President and President of the United States Army Warrant Officers Association. Mr. Tolbert resides in North Chesterfield, Virginia with his two Cats (Apollo and Ashes).
Director Emeritus: Petra Quinn was an Army brat and former Army Sergeant. For the last 20 years she had owned and operated small businesses. She was the President of All About Logistics, a small logistics consulting business in Hopewell, Virginia, and was a resident of Chesterfield, Virginia. Petra had extensive nonprofit financial management experience.
Board Member: Candis R. Martin is a retired Chief Warrant Officer Five. She has many years of volunteer experience and most recently worked with nonprofit organizations. She is married to retired Sergeant Major Ed Martin, and they both live in San Antonio, Texas.
Board Member: Cydnee Gentry is an educator, USMC spouse, and military brat. She has experience working for the Department of Defense, Military Family Readiness Programs, Girl and Boy Scouting, FAWMA, various public schools, and nonprofit organizations. Cydnee lives with her husband and son in Northern Virginia.
Board Member: Florence I. Dunn is a retired Army Major and a retired federal civil service employee. She lives in Yale, Virginia, on the farm where she grew up.
